Welcome to my Substack! I'm Robyn, a cultural anthropologist, mixed media artist, and Reiki master of over 30 years. This space showcases my "Robynisms" – a blend of calligraphic art and phrases I've coined throughout my journey. These pieces represent my personal reflections on navigating our chaotic times, finding balance, and cultivating joy.
As an artist and energy worker, I've developed my own approaches to self-regulation and inner harmony. I'm not here as an expert telling you what to do, I'm simply sharing what works for me. My background in cultural anthropology has given me a unique lens through which I view our collective experiences, and my art is how I process and express these insights.
